Qualifications

Not everyone can be a part of the Voice of Soul training. To join this experience you should:
Have completed Voice of the Creatrix 7-module self-paced program
Have had a minimum of one private vocal embodiment session with Laura Rose (if not, BOOK IT HERE)
Submit a recording of you singing a 3-min song acapella. This could be an original song or a cover song that demonstrates your ability to sing on pitch.

Voice of the Soul, a 9-month training broken down into 3 trimesters with unique focuses to prepare you for a successful vocal embodiment coaching business.

INSIDE THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL...

Trimester 1

Embody the Foundations

Root into the foundations of vocal embodiment as you understand how music works.

You’ll learn functional music theory and how to play an accompaniment instrument for yourself and your clients.

You’ll master the process of the proprietary curriculum, The Sensuality of Singing Method.

Trimester 2

Coaching Implementations

Grow your repertoire of songs, mantras, and chants and refine your song leading skills.

We’ll go deeper into the subtle energetics of the voice and focus on empowerment through sexuality and expression, as well as how to work with trauma as it relates to the voice.

You’ll begin teaching the Voice of the Creatrix program.

Trimester 3

Build your Business

Expand your skills as a songwriter and the art of recording for yourself and clients.

You’ll integrate this training into your already existing business or begin to develop a business model as a certified vocal embodiment facilitator and coach.

Feel confident marketing yourself with tried & true client attraction techniques.

RECORDING WITH YOUR CLIENTS

(SELF-PACED COURSE)

Recording with your clients is a rewarding way for your clients to receive real-time feedback with their voice as well as explore the creative process of songwriting.

An online course which outlines the beginning steps of home-studio recording and supports you into setting up your own recording space so you can provide recorded meditations and/or sound experiences for your clients.

This is why in the Voice of the Soul training, you get unlimited access to "Recording Basics" - an online course which outlines the beginning steps of home-studio recording.

Meet Your Teacher

Hi, I’m Laura Rose

Board Certified Music Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, Lead Trainer and Founder of The Vocal Sanctuary

I’m a fourth generation musician. Ask my mother and she will tell you that I has been singing since I left the womb. Decades later, I built a business with the pleasure of singing as the foundation. I began my career as a board certified music therapist, working with a variety of populations, from infants in the NICU, children in special education, to older adults in hospice.

In 2012, I bought my first harmonium while traveling in India, and fell in love with singing as a spiritual practice and pathway for self- actualization.

I’ve led workshops all over the world and believe that we are all musical.

Growing up with severe auto-immune conditions often spending weeks in and out of the hospital, I spent most of my upbringing dissociated from chronic discomfort and a sense of betrayal. At age 20, I had my spiritual awakening, returning to the safety of my own body and voice.

I’ve received my degree in music therapy and vocal performance from the University of Iowa and have continued extensive training in yoga ashtanga, bhakti, classical & neo tantra, sound technologies and emotional release work for trauma and transformation.

At the moment, I'm nesting in San Diego with my husband who is also a musician and collaborator, TJ Moss, our new baby girl and golden doodle pup.

3 Month Mastermind

After the training is officially finished, you’ll have access to an additional 3 months mastermind to fully integrate the material and get support when you need it most: as you launch your coaching business and begin working with clients in the real world!

This also allows you to follow your own rhythm in the program and complete the program at a pace that suits you. If you need an extra six months to catch up on some of the material and training, you will still have support.

Bi-monthly mastermind live calls will be led by a senior teacher on the team with extensive training and experience in coaching and a passionate interest in business upleveling. This space will support you and your sister coaches as you reflect and grow together in your coaching experiences.

Vocal Embodiment Coach Certificate ?

Attend training modules trimesters 1 - 2 - 3. Makeup any missed sessions.
Demonstrate competency playing the accompaniment instrument of choice.
Facilitate a minimum of one Voice of the Creatrix group virtual workshop.
Submit your best private one-on-one vocal embodiment session for peer review.
Complete 60 hours of coaching hours.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will the training start?

We will start in September, 2024. The date will be confirmed in July 2024.

What is the weekly time investment?

As with most things, the more energy you give to the training the more you’ll receive. As a bare minimum, most clients report spending about 8 hours a week devoted to digesting the content and exploring the practices.

Do you offer refunds?

You have 30 days from the start of the program to request a refund of your investment (up to that date), and if we see that the request of the refund is within reason, we will be happy to refund the investment, however a deposit of $1111 is non refundable.

What happens if I can’t attend the live calls?

While attending the training live is strongly encouraged, all calls will be recorded and uploaded into the training membership within 24 hours. You will also have the opportunity to attend “office hours” for added support during the weeks you miss the live calls.

Will I have access to the content from the beginning or will it be dropping every month/ trimester?

You’ll receive access to the content in the membership portal on the first of every month and continue to have access to it for a lifetime.
